The typeface 〈AG Namsangjun Plain/Striped〉 is a Latin font based on the original drawings of Hyeongpil (Korean decorative brush calligraphy) master Heo Woon Nam Sang-jun. It possesses a unique impression achieved by appropriately restructuring the decorative elements of Hyeongpil with the fundamental structure of the Latin alphabet. The font was designed in two styles: Plain (drawn with a single brush) and Striped (drawn with a brush divided into four prongs). The Plain style aims to capture the dynamic flow of Hyeongpil, while the Striped style is drawn to convey the straight, rigid impression of Jukpil (bamboo brush writing). It supports 261 characters, including basic Latin and some extended Latin, along with 123 symbolic characters. Due to the decorative nature of Hyeongpil, its distinctive character is best revealed when used at 60pt or larger, and the uppercase and lowercase letters share the same design.
