AG Handoni is a typeface masterfully designed by He Jianping of Hesign. The core concept of Handoni lies in reinterpreting the classic forms of the Latin typeface Bodoni into Hangeul, effectively embedding a Western typographic aesthetic into an Eastern writing system. While preserving the inherent weight and stroke contrast of the original Latin design, the Hangeul characters introduce a playful and free-spirited nuance, culminating in a highly original typographic reconstruction.
